Your loft conversion project will be simple and straightforward with Landmark Lofts' specialised department experts working with you from the initial design stages, through to the realisation of your beautiful new loft.

Professional Loft Design Consultations with People Who Care

Your first point of contact at Landmark Lofts will be a member of our specialist Design Team. They will visit your home, listen to what you want from your loft conversion, and discuss the wide range of options that would best suit your needs now and in the future.

Should you wish to get advice on how to style and decorate your finished loft space, we can introduce you to our creative interior design partner who will help bring your design ideas to life.

We can also arrange for you to visit a local project and meet some of our current or past clients, so you can see firsthand the high standards of workmanship and care all our clients receive.  Just ask your design consultant at your initial meeting and they will be happy to make the arrangements for you.

Loft Design with Vision - Landmark Lofts In-House Architects

Our creative team of in-house chartered architects are experts in the field of  loft conversion design, producing ideas that are intelligent and innovative.  They will survey your loft space before preparing drawings that will give you a feel for the achievable space before plans are finalised.

The detailed drawings and specifications our architects produce for you will be tailored exactly to your requirements in compliance with your borough.

We keep up-to-date with planning legislation across all London boroughs, which ensures your project complies with UK regulations.

Landmark's Architects work in concert with our Structural Engineers and Project Managers, enabling us to react quickly should you need to make any design changes at a later stage.

Strong Support - Structural Engineering

Our highly qualified Structural Engineers play an integral part in the realisation of your loft conversion. Working alongside Landmark Lofts' Architects, they will ensure that your beautiful loft design is safe, stable and durable.

The close collaboration between our Architects and Engineers provides you with a seamless professional service from conception to completion.  With everything handled in-house, you can spend more time thinking about how you want to decorate your brand new loft space.

First Class Project Management

Once your local council has granted the necessary approval, a site team will be appointed to start your loft conversion and you will meet your Project Manager.

Your Project Manager works closely with the Architects, Designers, Project Co-ordinators  and your Site Manager. They will arrange regular scheduled meetings with you to discuss progress, keeping you informed of work due to take place.

All our Project Managers are qualified RICS or CIOB chartered professionals with a wealth of experience in property, construction and project management.

You can be confident that your project is being managed by friendly professionals, trained to give you a loft conversion that maximises space and delivers the dream home you envisage.

Party Wall Act

Your neighbours will need to be given notice under the Party Wall Act at least two months before work begins. We will introduce you to our sister company Vincent-Brown & Associates Ltd who will assist you with any paperwork you need so work on your loft conversion can get underway.

Vincent-Brown & Associates will give you free expert advice, undertake Land Registry searches to establish which of your neighbours require notice, and prepare the necessary statutory notices on your behalf.

As a client of Landmark Lofts, you will benefit from discounted rates with our preferred party wall partners Vincent-Brown & Associates Ltd should you need a party wall agreement.

You will also be provided with a ‘Part P’ Certificate by a regulated electrician, to demonstrate that your loft conversion meets all the current electrical regulations.

We believe in the quality of our work, which is backed up by the certifications and guarantees all our clients receive, including the industry leading ten year insurance-backed guarantee you will receive from Landmark Lofts.

Industry-Leading Quality

The work on your loft conversion is checked at regular stages by independent building control inspectors.

Inspectors work on your behalf to guarantee the quality and safety of your loft conversion and to ensure and confirm it adheres to the latest building regulations.

Once work on your loft conversion has finished, we undertake a final inspection to ensure everything has been completed to the highest standard. We then arrange for the building control inspector to issue a completion certificate.

As a Landmark Lofts client you will have exclusive access to our innovative new mobile client app, giving you instant access to our dedicated support team and live updates on every aspect of your loft conversion.

From the moment you arrange an appointment and download the app, you will  be able to use it to:
