Upon the completion of your project, you will be issued with an industry-leading ten-year guarantee that covers materials and workmanship in accordance with our terms and conditions. Guarantees are insurance-backed by the IWA.
In the event of a fault occurring within the guarantee period, our guarantees mandate that any necessary remedial work is carried out without charge. Our IWA Insurance means that you can rest assured that your guarantee will be honoured even if we cease to trade during the guarantee period.
Any remedial work undertaken by IWA Insurance must be carried out promptly and by an accredited company, and our insurance-backed guarantees may be passed on to new owners of your property.
IWA also provides protection for your deposit (up to £10,000) in the unlikely event of Landmark Lofts ceasing to trade after you have paid your deposit but before work has commenced (subject to IWA’s terms and conditions). IWA is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
